Refunds and Exchanges
We do everything in our power to avoid our customers requesting for a refund or exchange. In spite of that, we still feel it is necessary to make refunds and exchanges an option in the case of unforeseen occurrences.
We will consider refund requests made within 7 days of the item being delivered to the customer. The item(s) must be unworn and still in brand new condition. Refunds will be approved only if their is a legitimate reason for the request. If your refund request is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The refund will not be processed until the items condition is evaluated. Disclaimer: Certain items will not be eligible for refunds. Such items will explicitly state "No Refunds on this Item" in the product description. Nonetheless, we are always available to answer our customers' questions regarding our merchandise. Customers have 7 days after a shipment is delivered to request an exchange. Items can be exchanged for other items of equal value. The item to be exchanged should be in brand new condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
